Perry Cabin at St. Michaels is the only townhome community in Talbot County where each residence comes with a deeded deepwater slip accomodating boats up to 36 feet. All 50 homes have views of both the Miles River and/or Fogg Cove. Our homeowners association manages the grounds, tennis courts and docks.
